All designs are Building Regulations compliant where required together with other proprietary guarantor and Building Control services including NHBC, LABC, Premier and Zurich.
CALtech Designs Ltd was formed in 2017, set up by Directors Clive Lewis and Mark Tanner. Having worked together for 7 years as Group Technical Director and Associate respectively at Fairhurst Engineers (formerly known as Gary Gabriel Associates), Clive and Mark have a combined 55 years’ experience in the Engineering sector.
Based in Sevenoaks, Kent, CALtech Designs primarily operates in the South East and London, across Kent, Sussex, Essex and Surrey. Each project is personally assigned a Director to manage and to provide direct client liaison.
Whether you are considering a small-scale extension or loft conversion or something bigger like a new build dwelling or commercial property, CALtech Designs can assist from planning stage through to construction completion.
